Our class teacher, instead of just making us draw formulas, decided that we should actually create the elements with real materials, this is what we did:
The first formula was CH4-
3d Model:(The black ball=Carbon while yellow=Hydrogen
2nd formula:C3H8
3rd Formula:C2 H5 OH
For this one however there were 2 possible ways of placing out the elements, a compound can have the same elements but different bonds making it different compounds. Compound 1:
This is Alcohol.
2nd Compound:
This is an atom that would explode.
Then with all the elements we had we had to create our own.

So basically this is what we learned in class today, how to put paper formulas into real material.
